we couldn't figure out where else to put it, so our only sandwich is located under our “salads” product category.  locally baked, sprouted grain bread topped with avocado, chipotle mayo, nori, garlic, cucumber, onions, mesclun, tomatoes. though this is not gluten-free, sprouted grains may be easier to digest and retain more of the nutrients than other grains.
